How long will delivery take?

Our postage is free and we send everything by courier within 2-3 working days of your order; we would expect it to take 3-5 working days for you to get your bundle(s).

Do you offer next day delivery?

Do you sell bundles internationally?

What if I don’t like the books I get in a bundle?

We are committed to sending great, second-hand books, and we hope you love every one, however, with random/mixed bundles, there is always a chance you won’t like every book; we would like you to try everything you buy, but if you are really not a fan of any of them, get in touch with our founder at Lizzie@broadbooks.co.uk and we will see how we can help you read happy again!

What if I have read the books I get in a bundle?

The joy of a random bundle is that it can be unpredictable! As above, we hope that each one is a new and enjoyable book for you, however, with our random/mixed bundles, there is always a chance you will have read something before. We see this as a great thing; for us, a chance to re-discover a book is always a win! If you know you have read every book ever written about ‘X’ or by ‘Y’, you could let us know in the ‘Book Bears’ section when you add a bundle to your basket, and we can make your bundle sliiightly less random! If you receive a bundle and still find you have recently read several of your books, please get in touch with our founder at Lizzie@broadbooks.co.uk and we will see how we can help!

How ‘Surprise’ is the Surprise Bundle?

BOO! The key is using books that do not state the title or author at the top of each page! Seriously though, beyond this we take care to cover any identifying pages of the book/cover that show the title and author. We use recycled library book covers and a cardboard insert to hide the cover, spine and back page, and tuck in any identifying front and back pages into this. Then we check and cover any additional give aways with a Broad Books postcard/sticker. This means that if you really really want to know, you can look in the gaps, or simply untuck the cover….But we know you wouldn’t do that…would you?!

What is your returns policy?

We will offer a full refund for any books that are damaged and thus unreadable, or anything that is not as described

What is your cancellation policy?

As per UK law, you can cancel your order up to 6 hours after placing the order, as the value of goods is less than £42.

What language is this site available in?

This site and all bundles are English.

How do you sanitise the books?

We spray all books with anti-bacterial cleaner and wipe the outsides thoroughly. We wear gloves and take all precautions to ensure books are clean and sanitised before sending.
